Against the Grain presents “Stories Don't Die: The Artists of Indians on Vacation,” a one-performance-only concert event showcasing a celebrated cast of Canadian artists, including mezzo-soprano Marion Newman, bass baritone Giles Tomkins, and tenor Asitha Tennekoon. Music features a newly composed sung land acknowledgement by Ian Cusson with libretto by Yvette Nolan, as well as staged selections from Indians on Vacation interwoven with reflections from the artists. Plus, don’t miss an open discussion after the concert.
